File upload improved

The file upload is improved. You can now upload multiple files at once. Additionally, all JPG files will automatically be resized to 3000px maximum and compressed with a 50% compression. Finally, JPG files, which contain Exif rotation, will be rotated and the Exif settings will be removed/reset. This prevents weird results.
