File selector further improved

You can now upload a file from within the file selector. I am not sure this is a good idea, but it is what you expect. It could be a bad idea, because it promotes re-uploading the same image. If it turns out that customers are doing this on a large scale, we will figure out a way to tackle that problem.

The next thing to add to this file selector feature is the possibility to create new directories. For now you have to create directories from within ‘uploads’. We will keep you posted on our progress.
